I enjoyed fantasy booking some fights a couple of weeks ago. Some of the guys already signed fights and I was disappointed I was wrong. This time, I went with the winners of fights from UFC 250. Some of the winners had more obvious next fights than others. Some I listed a couple of options. I will probably be wrong on all of them. Some already signed fight deals. Some will probably sign fight deals in the next week for a random fight. Either way, enjoy.
MAIN CARD
AMANDA NUNES
WEILI ZHANG AND VALENTINA SHEVCHENKO. It doesn’t seem any bantamweight or featherweight can beat her. Valentina couldn’t (I thought Valentina won the second decision) beat her. Maybe have the two lower weight champions fight her at the same time?
RHINOCEROS. Let’s put her nickname to the test. She says she’s a lioness. Well, lionesses do the hunting, and lions eat rhinos. I want to see what she can do here.
WINNER OF HOLLY HOLM V. IRENE ALDANA I GUESS? I seriously don’t know. There really isn’t anyone left. I guess if Aldana wins she can face Nunes. I don’t know if she is ready for Nunes. There just doesn’t really seem to be anyone on her level.

CODY GARBRANDT
MARLON MORAES. This one depends on if he would fight Marlon Moraes. They both train with Mark Henry. Cody is ranked 5th. Marlon is ranked 1st. 2nd ranked Aljamain beat 4th ranked Sandhagen on the same card. 3rd ranked Petr Yan is fighting 6th ranked Jose Aldo for the title in July. This fight makes sense if they would fight each other. This fight could be an exciting display of striking.
LOSER OF PETR YAN V. JOSE ALDO. I was thinking of putting Aljo here, but it just doesn’t make sense for Aljo to have to fight before having a shot at the title next. Cody was on a 3 fight skid. He needs some wins before getting another shot at the title. Taking the loser of this title fight is a good start. Both of these guys would be a fun matchup for Cody.
TJ DILLASHAW. In a perfect world, Cody only fought TJ Dillashaw once and he would be the one to welcome TJ back from his USADA suspension. But, TJ has beaten Cody twice, so I can’t imagine that fight will happen, so I will move onto other options.
Honorable mention: Cory Sandhagen, Pedro Munhoz rematch
ALJAMAIN STERLING
WINNER OF PETR YAN V. JOSE ALDO. This is really the only legitimate fight to make for Aljo. He is #2 ranked bantamweight. He just beat the #4 ranked guy in 1.5 minutes. He has been on an absolute tear. Yan v. Aldo is for the bantamweight title. Aljo should get the winner. That is all.
NEIL MAGNY
ROBBIE LAWLER. Magny broke into the rankings with this win. Lawler is a couple spots ahead of him. This would give Magny a big name, ranked opponent. Something he wants and would be a step forward in his career, and another step towards the title. Lawler is on a 3 fight skid and a win over him doesn’t mean as much as it used to. But Magny wouldn’t have to worry about grappling as much. It would be highly entertaining.
VICENTE LUQUE. Another guy a couple spots higher in the rankings. But Luque is younger than Magny. Luque can grapple, but he loves to stand and trade. This would be a standing battle in the middle of the octagon. It would be fun and the winner would benefit and move up the rankings.
SEAN O’MALLEY
CODY STAMANN. Suga broke into the rankings with his walk off KO of Wineland. Stamann won his fight on the UFC 250 prelims, an entertaining decision win over Brian Kelleher. Stamann looked really good. He is a solid all around fighter. He can wrestle. His boxing is pretty good. Like Suga, he is still pretty new to the UFC. They shouldn’t be rushed up the rankings to the top of a stacked bantamweight division. I think they matchup well and would be an entertaining fight.
ROB FONT. Rob Font is a guy that just can’t seem to get a fight. He had one fight in 2019, and it was in December. But he was never hurt. Guys kept pulling out of fights or not signing deals. It was crazy. Font is a solid all around fighter and has been looking for a statement win. He has a bunch of solid wins, but his losses are to the 3 best bantamweights he’s faced, John Lineker, Pedro Munhoz, and Raphael Assuncao. A fight against Suga would be a standup battle between two young and hungry bantamweights wanting to crack the top ten. Sign me up.
CODY GARBRANDT. I don’t know why, but for some reason I feel like they might do this. They both had walk off KOs at UFC 250. They’re both not that close to title shots. They’re both ranked. They’re both big personalities. Why not match them up? It would be a bad idea.
PRELIMS
ALEX CACERES
HAKEEM DAWODU. Caceres has been facing prospects for years. Why not give him another prospect? At least Dawodu is not a grappler. Dawodu is a powerhouse and would stand in the middle of the octagon and let Caceres stand and trade. Caceres would not have to worry about takedowns. It would be a standup battle.
SPIKE CARLYLE. Another prospect that doesn’t know how to grapple and can only strike. Why not give Caceres a prospect that won’t try to grapple him?
HERBERT BURNS. Or lean into prospects that will grapple? He clearly has a talent for weeding out prospects. Maybe this is a good way of finding out which prospects are real or not.

MAKI PITOLO
ROMAN KOPYLOV. Another prospect that just throws bombs. This fight would be fireworks. They would just stand in front of each other and throw haymakers. I can’t imagine either many people hating this matchup. It would be highly entertaining.
ALEX PEREZ
BRANDON MORENO. Perez’s win over Formiga put him at 4th in the flyweight division. Benavidez has a rematch v. Figueiredo for the flyweight title. Why not match Perez up against 3rd ranked flyweight? The winner gets the next shot at the winner of Benavidez v. Figueiredo. Seems like a good deal to me.
DEVIN CLARK
JAMAHAL HILL. Devin Clark seems like a prospect killer that likes to take prospects 0s. Why not try for another. Hill looked really good against Klidson Abreu. Clark looked really good against Alonzo Menifield. Let’s see them fight and see if Clark can collect another 0.
HERBERT BURNS
BILLY QUARANTILLO. After torturing Billy Q with Spike Carlyle last fight, give him a grappler. This would be an interesting matchup of grapplers. It would be buried on prelims anyway.
BRYCE MITCHELL. They’re really good grapplers. So it could be an interesting matchup. So, it’s similar to the matchup above.
ALEX CACERES. SEE ABOVE.
SPIKE CARLYLE. Let’s see if he improved since his fight against Billy Q. He gassed out quickly and couldn’t handle the grappling. He needs to work on that and let’s see if he did that.
